So last night I watched "Pineapple Express" with my brother until 3 am. Basically it's a movie about a druggie and a drug dealer. Druggie witnesses a murder but makes so much noise that the murderers see him. He gets traced by the "pot" he was smoking. Druggie and Drug dealer are now on the run.

The movie made me think about the effects of drugs. Seriously, either Seth Rogan is just a crap actor OR being stoned doesn't do much and you pretty much function as normal with a bit more incentive to do something funny. E.g. Get your foot stuck in your own windshield and continue driving. Is being high really like being high? Because I thought high was either doing alot of crazy sh*t or sitting in a dumpster laughing at random obscure images which come into view. I mean, isn't that what society has lead us to believe?

What was the point of this funny but dumb movie and how did it affect me?
Nothing. I guess it was just for laughs. One guy got shot over 9 times through the whole movie but some how survived because he was high. Dw, I won't do "pot" just to see what it's like to be stoned but it does raise the question: What do people really do when stoned?
Sorry for my first post being a random rave about drugs but this movie really ticked me off. It challenged my idea of drugs and how dangerous they are. Seemingly it's fun and games until someone does something really stupid. But the movie made it seem ok and I quote, "If pot doesn't become legal in 5 years, I have lost all hope for humanity... Everyone loves to smoke it,"

Anyway, I am leaving for Hawaii tomorrow. Miss you heaps Anna; won't stop thinking about you the whole week I am gone... I wonder how I am going to even survive it without you.
